It's sometimes difficult finding someone who you feel you can trust to come into your home and redo flooring. However, after having met and visited with Bob at Bob's Carpeting, it didn't take long to feel at ease and relaxed. He was very helpful and patient-I had a lot of questions-Bob didn't rush me. Before I left with several sample pieces, we seemed as if we were old friends. Bob came out to my home and measured three bedrooms and gave me an estimate that was $1500 less than a previous quote from another company. We made the deal and set a date. When the workers arrived the following Saturday morning around 9: a.m., I checked the wood, left home, checked back around noon and to my surprise, they had already remove all old carpeting and had begun installing the hardwood flooring. I left again and returned around 6: p.m. They were almost finished. Within an hour, they were cleaning up, putting my furniture back in place and hauling off old carpeting.
